2.5-inch Intake Vents (10-pack) for 20-ft Shipping Container
These intake vents fit on the vertical ribs of your shipping container walls to provide airflow for your AdaptAIR™ roof ventilation.
We recommend installing at least ten of these 2.5-inch louver vents for each AdaptAIR vent on your container.
Very simple to install. Use a 2.5-inch carbide-tipped hole saw to drill a hole. Pop in the louver vents and press the tabs on the inside wall to keep it in place.
These vents can be installed a few inches above the floor evenly spaced on the sidewalls.
These vents use a .020-gauge aluminum for our round aluminum louvers, screens and plugs - most manufacturers use a thinner gauge, which leads to a weaker product. This thick, durable material maximizes lifespan and ensures proper ventilation needs.

What roof corrugation does this fit?
AdaptAIR™ and our roof vent systems fit standard 3.5" Conex-style shipping container roof corrugation only. Measure before you order. Not designed for 3", 5.5", or 6.5" ribs.
Do I need intake vents?
Yes for best results. Roof turbines exhaust hot, moist air. Sidewall intake vents give replacement air a dedicated path so airflow moves through the container instead of only leaking through door gaps.
What is the difference between the adapter and the complete vent system?
AdaptAIR™ is the no-weld roof adapter. A complete 20′ or 40′ vent system includes the adapter, 12" turbine, and intake vents as one package. Buy the adapter alone if you already have a compatible 12" turbine.
How many vents do I need for a 20 ft or 40 ft container?
We recommend one AdaptAIR™ roof vent for a 20′ container and two for a 40′ container. Our complete kits are sized that way.
